Commercial Product Manager Private Chains

What are you going to do?

• Ensure clear implementation of product conversion priorities within the team
• Growing sales and margin according to the category strategy
• Support budget process for sales initiatives
• Review monthly progress and develop corrective actions
• Position products effectively in tenders with support from group and back-office resources
• Develop sales pitch and marketing collateral for effective pre-tender efforts
• Develop clear roadmap for promotions across channels
• Visit key decision makers and opinion leaders to promote preferred portfolio, guide them in using new products and identifying new business opportunities

What is your background?

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or biomedical engineering
• Proven experience in product management within medical or healthcare industry
• In-depth knowledge of medical product regulations, standards, and compliance requirements
• Experience in product positioning in tenders
• Fluent in Swedish & English, both verbally and in writing
• Passion for engaging with customers demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and strategic skills with a results-oriented mindset
